Fees
The Silverthorne Pavilion is owned and operated by the Town of Silverthorne, allowing us to keep our site fees reasonable and affordable. We want to give celebrants the opportunity to host their dream mountain wedding without an exorbitant price tag.

- Coffee and Tea Supplies: $50
- Popcorn Machine and Supplies: $150
- LCD Projector and Screen: $275
- Wireless Microphone: $25
- Portable PA (outdoor): $150
- Additional Hour: $250/hour
- Indoor Rehearsal: $350/hour
- Technical Assistance: $75/hour
Pricing Includes
- 10 hour rental of the Silverthorne Pavilion
- Use of the Pavilion and grounds
- Indoor or outdoor ceremony space
- Use and setup/breakdown of our indoor tables/chairs
- Setup of indoor tables and chairs
- Kitchen
- Outdoor patio with furniture, fireplace and market lights
- Centerpiece materials closet
- Basic use of indoor sound systems
- Wedding suite
- Parking
- Up to three planning sessions to finalize event details
- On-site attendant to help oversee building operations during event rental
Payment Schedule
- The refundable damage deposit is due upon contract signing.
- The entire site fee is due 30 days prior to the event date.
- A 3% processing fee is added for all payments completed via credit card. There is no processing fee for paying with ACH/echeck.
